At Amplified Glow, we strive to process and ship orders as quickly and accurately as possible. Please review the following Shipping Policy before placing your order.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within one (1) to two (2) business days after payment has been successfully received and verified. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. While many orders placed before 12:00 PM Eastern Time may ship the same business day, same-day shipment is not guaranteed. Processing times may be extended during holidays, promotions, product launches, severe weather events, or periods of unusually high order volume.
Shipping Carriers
Amplified Glow primarily ships through:
- USPS
- UPS
Carrier selection may vary based on destination, package size, shipping speed selected, and operational requirements. Amplified Glow reserves the right to change shipping carriers without prior notice when necessary to improve delivery speed, reliability, or security.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:
- Delivery destination
- Package weight
- Package dimensions
- Selected shipping service
Free shipping promotions may be offered periodically and are subject to modification or discontinuation without notice.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery estimates provided at checkout are carrier estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Typical transit times may include:
- Standard Shipping: 2–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days
Actual delivery times may vary depending on carrier operations, weather conditions, destination, and other factors beyond our control.
Address Accuracy
Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. Please carefully review your shipping address before submitting your order.
Amplified Glow is not responsible for:
- Incorrect addresses entered during checkout
- Missing apartment, suite, unit, or building numbers
- Returned packages due to insufficient address information
- Delays caused by address errors
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply before reshipment.
Order Tracking
Once an order ships, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. Tracking updates are provided directly by the shipping carrier. Please allow up to twenty-four (24) hours for tracking information to become active after shipment.
Lost Packages in Transit
If a package appears lost while still in transit, customers should first contact the shipping carrier for assistance. If the issue remains unresolved, please contact Amplified Glow within seventy-two (72) hours of the last carrier tracking update. We may assist in filing carrier claims when appropriate; however, carrier investigations and claim determinations are outside our control.
Delivered but Missing Packages
Once a carrier marks a package as delivered, responsibility transfers to the recipient.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located:
- Verify the shipping address provided during checkout.
- Check with household members, neighbors, apartment offices, mailrooms, or reception desks.
- Contact the shipping carrier directly.
- Contact Amplified Glow within seventy-two (72) hours of the delivery confirmation.
While we will make reasonable efforts to assist, refunds or replacements are not guaranteed for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within seventy-two (72) hours of delivery.
Your request must include:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photographs of:
- The product
- Product packaging
- Outer shipping package
- Shipping label
Failure to report shipping damage within seventy-two (72) hours may affect our ability to provide a resolution.
Approved claims may be resolved through:
- Replacement
- Store credit
- Refund
at Amplified Glow’s sole discretion.
Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within seventy-two (72) hours of delivery. We may request photographs and additional information to verify the issue. Once confirmed, Amplified Glow may provide a replacement, return label, store credit, or refund at its discretion.
Signature Confirmation
For security purposes, Amplified Glow reserves the right to require signature confirmation on any order.
Signature confirmation may be required for:
- High-value orders
- Orders flagged for additional review
- Orders shipped to certain locations
- Orders with elevated fraud risk indicators
If signature confirmation is required, delivery cannot be completed until the carrier obtains the required signature.
Shipping Delays
Amplified Glow is not responsible for shipping delays resulting from circumstances outside of our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Weather events
- Natural disasters
- Carrier disruptions
- Transportation delays
- Labor shortages
- Supply chain interruptions
- Customs inspections
- Government actions
- Power outages
- Internet outages
Shipping charges are non-refundable solely due to carrier delays.
International Shipping
If international shipping is offered, customers are responsible for:
- Understanding local import laws
- Customs requirements
- Duties
- Taxes
- Fees imposed by local authorities
Amplified Glow is not responsible for packages delayed, refused, held, or seized by customs authorities.
Order Changes & Cancellations
We begin processing orders quickly to ensure timely shipment. Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, it may no longer be modified or cancelled. Customers needing assistance should contact us as soon as possible after placing an order. While we will attempt to accommodate requests, modifications and cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
