By placing an order with Amplified Glow, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return within seven (7) days of confirmed delivery.
To qualify for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

The product must be unopened.
The product must be in its original condition.
The product must be returned in its original packaging.
The return request must be submitted within seven (7) days of confirmed delivery.
Returns that do not meet these requirements may be denied.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
The incorrect item was shipped.
The item arrived damaged.
The item was determined to be defective.
If a return is approved due to an error on our part, Amplified Glow may provide a prepaid return shipping label.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:
Opened products
Used products
Products with broken seals
Products altered after delivery
Products damaged due to improper handling or storage
Clearance or final sale items
Promotional giveaway items
Gift cards
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify Amplified Glow within seventy-two (72) hours of confirmed delivery.

Failure to report issues within seventy-two (72) hours may affect eligibility for replacement, store credit, or refund.
After review, Amplified Glow may, at its sole discretion, provide:

Individual Results Disclaimer
Amplified Glow products are cosmetic products and individual results may vary.
Because results differ from person to person, refunds will not be issued solely because:
Desired cosmetic results were not achieved
Results occurred more slowly than expected
Personal expectations were not met
Product performance differed from another individual’s experience
Product reviews, testimonials, before-and-after photographs, and customer experiences are individual results and are not guarantees of future performance.
Allergic Reactions & Sensitivities
Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient information before purchasing and using any product.
We strongly recommend performing a patch test prior to full use.
Refunds may not be granted for allergic reactions, sensitivities, or adverse skin responses to ingredients that are clearly disclosed on product packaging or product pages.
If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately.
Refused Deliveries & Undeliverable Packages
Orders refused by the customer or returned due to:
Incorrect shipping address
Failure to collect the package
Delivery refusal
may be subject to:
Original shipping charges
Return shipping charges
Restocking fees where permitted by law
Any approved refund may be reduced by these costs.
Delivered Packages
Once a carrier marks a package as delivered, responsibility transfers to the recipient.
Customers must report delivered-but-missing packages within seventy-two (72) hours of the carrier’s delivery confirmation.
While Amplified Glow will attempt to assist when possible, refunds or replacements are not guaranteed for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
Refund Processing
Once an approved return has been received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow approximately five (5) to ten (10) business days for financial institutions to process and post refunds.
Processing times may vary by bank, credit card issuer, or payment provider.
Fraud Prevention
Amplified Glow reserves the right to deny refunds, returns, replacements, or credits where fraud, abuse, excessive claims activity, policy violations, or suspicious purchasing behavior is suspected.
We maintain records relating to:
Orders
Payment authorization
Shipping confirmation
Delivery confirmation
Customer communications
Return requests
These records may be used when investigating disputes, refund requests, chargebacks, or unauthorized transaction claims.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
If you experience an issue with your order, we ask that you contact Amplified Glow first so that we may attempt to resolve the matter.
Customers agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve issues directly with Amplified Glow before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
Amplified Glow reserves the right to challenge fraudulent, abusive, or unjustified chargebacks using available order, shipping, delivery, and communication records.
Accounts associated with fraudulent disputes or excessive chargebacks may be restricted from future purchases.
